Terms of service

These terms govern your use of shoponyxgoods.com and purchases from Onyx Goods LLC (“Onyx Goods”, “we”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we ship the order. If an item is mispriced or unavailable, we'll contact you before shipping and refund any payment taken for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is shown at checkout and added to your total. We accept major credit and debit cards, and your card is charged when you place the order. Your card statement will show ONYX GOODS.

Discount codes

Newsletter code WELCOME10: 10% off merchandise on your first order only, one use per customer. Excludes shipping and tax. Can't be combined with other codes and has no cash value. We may refuse or reverse a discount that was applied in breach of these conditions.

Shipping

Shipping methods, costs and timing are set out in our shipping policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Unopened skincare and hygiene items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus $8.95 return shipping on change-of-mind returns. Opened items can't be returned unless they arrived damaged, leaking or defective. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days of the return arriving and typically appear on your statement in 5–10 business days. Product information and use

Our products are cosmetics, except the Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30, which is an over-the-counter sunscreen labeled with Drug Facts. Cosmetics are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the ingredients and cautions before use, patch test new products, and stop using any product that causes irritation.

We keep ingredient lists on the site matched to current formulas. The ingredient list on the package you receive is the one that applies to that product. Colors and textures can look slightly different on screen.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no automated scraping at volume, no interfering with its operation, no fraudulent orders or card testing. We may cancel orders and refuse service where we see abuse.

Intellectual property

Site content, product names and branding belong to Onyx Goods LLC and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Please contact us first; disputes we can't resolve together will be heard in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one posted when you place it.
