Unopened skincare and hygiene items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus $8.95 return shipping on change-of-mind returns.
What can be returned
Unopened skincare and hygiene items bought from shoponyxgoods.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Unopened means the product is unused, in its original packaging, with any seal, shrink-wrap or tamper band intact. Sets and kits can be returned whole, or as individual unopened items; an item returned from a set is refunded at its share of the set price.
Opened items can't be returned unless they arrived damaged, leaking or defective. We can't inspect, resell or donate opened skincare, so this is a hygiene rule rather than a judgement about why you're returning it.
Refund amount
- Change of mind: full refund of the item price, minus $8.95 for the prepaid return label we send you.
- Damaged, leaking or defective: full refund or a replacement, including original shipping. No return label needed.
- Our mistake (wrong item sent): full refund or the correct item, and we cover return shipping.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to damage, a defect or our mistake. If a discount code was used, the refund is the amount you actually paid for the item.
Damaged, leaking or defective items
If an item arrives damaged, leaking or defective, email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it in full or send a replacement, opened or not. You don't need to send it back.
How to start a return
- Email support@shoponyxgoods.com with your order number (it starts with OX-) and the items you want to return.
- We reply within one business day with a return authorization and a prepaid label.
- Pack the unopened items securely and drop the package with the carrier.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days of the return arriving and typically appear on your statement in 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We don't run direct exchanges. Return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order for what you want instead.
Cancelling an order
Orders that haven't shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Email us with your order number as soon as possible; orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Return address
Use the prepaid label we send you. For reference, returns are addressed to Onyx Goods LLC, Returns, 2412 E 6th St, Austin, TX 78702. Packages sent without a return authorization may take longer to process.
