This policy explains what information Onyx Goods LLC collects through shoponyxgoods.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, shipping address, billing name and address, and what you ordered.
- Payment details: card details go to our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider over an encrypted connection. We don't see or store your full card number.
- Email signups: the address you enter if you sign up for the newsletter.
- Messages: what you send us by email or phone.
On your device
Your cart and whether you've used the first-order code are kept in your browser's local storage, on your device. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including returns and refunds.
- To send receipts and shipping updates.
- To send newsletter emails, only if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the store: our payment provider, shipping carriers and our email provider, each limited to what they need for that job.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@shoponyxgoods.com. We respond within 30 days.

The site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
