Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping (2–5 business days) is free on orders of $100 or more and $8.95 otherwise; express (2 business days) is $19.95.
Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed, Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. You'll get a tracking link by email when your label is created. If anything in your order is unavailable, we'll email you before shipping with the option to wait or cancel that item for a full refund.

The $100 threshold applies to merchandise after any discount code, before tax. You choose the method at checkout. Delivery times start the day after your order ships.
Where we ship
All 50 US states, Washington, D.C., and APO/FPO addresses (standard shipping only; allow extra time). We don't ship internationally yet.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, email us and we'll open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement. If an item arrives damaged, leaking or defective, email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it in full or send a replacement, opened or not. You don't need to send it back.
Address changes
Email us before your order ships and we'll update the address at no charge. Once a label is created we can't redirect the package. See returns & refunds for what happens after delivery.
